Weekly Wallpaper: I’m tripping out here man!
This week’s wallpaper isn’t technically game or nerd related… but it looks really awesome. Sort of what I imagine a sweet acid trip to look like. Enjoy the ride.

Yea, I know. This isn’t the first Star Wars edition of Weekly Wallpapers round these parts. Spoiler Alert: Probably won’t be the last either.
I just couldn’t pass up this great bounty hunters themed wallpaper though. IG-88 never gets his due!

In this column we’ve featured movies, games, comics and more. Far and wide I search looking for wallpapers that would look good on any desktop. Alot of times they don’t fit into any particular genre. In fact I’d say that’s most of the time. So today I’m featuring a few that I personally use all the time. They’re wallpapers that look like… well… wallpapers.

Welcome back to, by far, our most inconsistent “weekly” feature. Personally, I really need to make better habit of doing this one since it helps me out when I’m prepping this segment for our podcast. Well, maybe I’ll learn some day. Maybe not. We’ll see going forward. Anyway, here’s a look back at the content we pushed out this week:
On Monday, we got word that the card game Nightfall is being prepped for release on iOS devices.
On Tuesday, Rich gave us the lowdown on The Lorax.
On Wednesday, the latest entry in our Weekly Wallpapers once again featured Mass Effect 3.
On Thursday, we dipped into covering some news when Blizzard announced an official release date for Diablo III. A little bit after that I caught up with Voodoo after not digging on the first issue.
On Friday, I recounted my experience trying out the new Doritos Locos Tacos.
For our random old post this week I’m pointing back to Dan’s review of the board game Mystery Express.
We’re recording a new podcast next week but in the meantime make sure to catch yourself up on all our episodes, give us a “Like” on Facebook, follow us on Twitter and subscribe to our YouTube channel. If you don’t mind, that is. Have a great weekend everyone!
We’re a little excited around here for Mass Effect, so you’ll have to excuse the enthusiasm. I mean, you understand… the game just came out!
In fact we’re so excited (and I found so many good ones) that we’ll be doing Mass Effect for 2 weeks straight! So, get those download fingers primed and come snag some new Mass Effect themed pics for your walls.

Let’s be honest, any idiot could throw up a few pics of the Death Star and call this post done. But that would be too easy. And besides, I’m trying to give you readers something you might not run across every day. Something a little… outside the norm.
With that, please enjoy our little selection of Star Wars themed wallpapers. Just click the images to get at the full size, then save accordingly!
Timely? Not by a long shot. But let’s be honest, Portal and Aperture Labs themed pictures are going to stay relevant FOREVER. Heck, even our collection here is but a mere tiny slice of the pictures that are floating around there on the ‘ol internet.
So download some, for science. You monster.
